Returns Policy

Industrial chemical sales are quote-based and reviewed before dispatch. Returns are restricted because products may be hazardous, regulated, custom-packed, or documentation-controlled.

Summary

UE Chemicals does not accept general returns for delivered industrial chemical products. Orders are prepared against a confirmed quotation, buyer qualification, product specification, destination compliance review, and agreed shipping method.

Claims for damaged, incorrect, leaking, missing, or document-mismatched shipments must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery so the shipment can be reviewed.

Shipment Inspection

Buyers should inspect packaging, seals, labels, batch references, and documents immediately on receipt. Keep all packaging, labels, photos, carrier paperwork, and safety documents until the claim is resolved.

When a claim is approved, UE Chemicals may arrange replacement, corrective documentation, carrier claim support, or another agreed remedy based on the shipment record and applicable regulations.

Restricted Returns

Returns are not accepted for opened, used, repacked, relabeled, contaminated, expired, custom-cleared, temperature-compromised, or buyer-mishandled products. Hazardous materials may not be shipped back without written authorization and compliant transport documentation.

Regulatory, customs, storage, handling, and safety limitations may prevent physical return even when a claim is valid.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment confirmation, production allocation, document preparation, or dispatch booking. Once export documents, packing, carrier booking, or regulatory steps begin, cancellation may be limited or subject to incurred costs.

Prices and shipping charges are provided by quotation and may vary by product, quantity, packaging, compliance requirements, and destination.
